Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director - Northwest.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a regional territory, including consulting, sales,
and administrative staff
Develop regional business plans, manage P&L, and drive
profitable growth and market leadership
Oversee employee recruitment, engagement, development, and client
stewardship for EHS consulting projects
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred in
a relevant field
15+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, Security,
and Sustainability Practices
Strong project management experience with the ability to manage
multiple complex projects
Technical expertise in EHS specialty areas with a national or
regional reputation
Ability to attract, develop, and mentor high-caliber staff
