A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager (REMOTE
US).
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture lasting connections with key customer
advocates
Develop a strategic portfolio of high-profile customer brands for
case studies and testimonials
Manage and maintain a database of public and private references for
advocacy initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
Administration, or a related field
Experience managing a customer advocacy program is required
Marketing experience in the B2B technology space
Strong understanding of roles in the channel market, including
alliance partners and distributors
Proven ability to manage advocacy pipelines and exceed quarterly
goals
