Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale
its global engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and define the technical foundation for AI applications,
ensuring scalability and maintainability
Lead the engineering team, establishing best practices and
overseeing the development of high-quality AI products
Contribute hands-on to code development and set up foundational
infrastructure for AI model integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related
field
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in
a technical leadership role
Experience developing enterprise-grade AI tools for large U.S.
companies
Experience in a consulting or client delivery environment
Expertise in AI/ML development and modern frameworks
