Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to
provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of
business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate functionality of modules, troubleshoot bugs, and verify
fixes based on customer feedback
Investigate and resolve application issues to minimize business
disruption
Collaborate with development teams to ensure application stability
and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent
experience
Minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level technical support
experience
Technology exposure to AWS Services and strong understanding of at
least one database language
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C,
or JavaScript
Ability to work in PST or MST timezone
