active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist is
needed to support students across preschool through high school on
a maternity leave contract position. This role requires flexibility
with approximately 20 hours per week part-time, with a preference
for full-time availability of at least 30 hours weekly to
accommodate caseload fluctuations. The assignment is based on-site
in Corona, CA, within a K-12 school setting, and will run through
the end of the current school year (ASAP start until June 5, 2026).
Key responsibilities include: - Providing physical therapy services
to a caseload of approximately 35 students, focusing on improving
physical abilities and functional independence. - Collaborating
with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to
develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). -
Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
in compliance with school district requirements. - Participating in
team meetings and contributing to a supportive educational
environment. Qualifications and desired experience: - Masters
degree in Physical Therapy. - Active California Physical Therapist
license. - Demonstrated experience working in a school setting
preferred. - Ability to work effectively with children across a
wide age range, from preschool through high school. - Strong
communication and collaboration skills. This contract opportunity
