Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate Proactively
connect with customers within assigned Pomona areas to identify
their current and future connectivity requirements. Analyze
household usage patterns and recommend personalized Frontier
solutions for internet, TV, and phone services. Cultivate trust and
rapport to establish reliable, value-driven relationships with new
and existing residential clients. Oversee the end-to-end service
process—from initial contact through successful
activation—delivering a seamless onboarding experience. Stay
thoroughly informed on Frontier’s full suite of residential
offerings, promotions, and strategic advantages to effectively
articulate value. Document all client touchpoints, service
milestones, and account updates within the CRM system to uphold
transparency and reporting integrity. Achieve individual
performance benchmarks related to customer satisfaction and service
activations, contributing directly to campaign success. Participate
regularly in skill development sessions to strengthen product
expertise, refine customer engagement strategies, and support
professional growth.
