employee-owned mechanical contractor with nearly a century of
industry excellence, is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project
Manager to join their San Diego team. Renowned for their commitment

across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial, and Industrial
sectors. With advanced capabilities in design/build delivery,
sustainable solutions, HVAC systems, and Building Information
Modeling (BIM), they provide an environment where technical
expertise and leadership thrive. This role is responsible for
managing mechanical construction projects from preconstruction
through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on
schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the companys
performance standards. Duties & Responsibilities Lead all phases of
assigned mechanical construction projects Ensure alignment with
safety, quality, and performance objectives Oversee field
operations Labor productivity Field coordination Quality assurance
Manage all financial aspects of projects Forecasting and cost
control Billing and cash flow management Coordinate procurement of
materials, equipment, and subcontractor services Administer change
orders and maintain accurate project documentation Ensure
compliance with contractual requirements Build and maintain strong
client relationships Consistent communication Proactive issue
resolution Supervise and mentor project team members Promote
accountability, collaboration, and professional growth Ensure
compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety programs
Perform additional duties as needed to support successful project
delivery Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction
Management, or related field preferred 57 years of experience
managing mechanical construction projects Commercial and/or
industrial project experience preferred Proven ability to manage
complex projects from preconstruction through closeout Technical
Proficiency Experience with Bluebeam Revu Proficiency in
Vista-Viewpoint Project Management and Accounting modules
Familiarity with QuoteSoft Estimating Software Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint Core
Competencies Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking
skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently in
a fast-paced environment Proven capability to interpret technical
documents and coordinate across disciplines Commitment to company
