We are looking for an excellent medical front desk receptionist for an immediate opening in fast paced clinic. If you have a positive, professional demeanor and understands the importance of patient care, you may be the person this medical office needs.Hours: Will be from 9am-6pm or 8am-5:00pmTemporary AssignmentResponsibilities:As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for the day to day front desk duties including scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, entering patient's demographics into an EMR system.?? You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls or greeting patients and be required to answer in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:
  • Greeting vendors, customers, patients and other visitors over the phone and at the front desk
  • Performed insurance verification and current status of patients' accounts
  • Collecting co-pays and account balances
  • Work with staff to achieve practice goals
  • Scheduling patients and update medical recordsEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:
    • HS diploma
    • Have the ability to speak and write Spanish
    • Ability to enter patient's demographics
    • Excellent listening and communication skills
    • Flexibility, reliability and excellent in working in fast paced environment
    • Medical terminology
    • Ability to prioritize and adapt to juggle multiple tasks
    • Previous EMR experienced -Nextgen
