Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Draft SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring
compliance with deadlines and guidelines
Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to
ensure financial data accuracy
Support month-end and year-end closing processes and streamline
reporting timelines while maintaining compliance
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of accounting experience
Experience with SEC filings
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business; CPA or CPA
candidate preferred
Working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting research
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with NetSuite, Workiva,
and Shareworks is a plus
